Facilities....

	The farmhouse is two storeys and comprises of a large kitchen diner with a large wood burning stove as its main feature set inside a brick fire surround. The kitchen facilities have been kept as original as possible with the old original enamelled sink still in place, however the kitchen units and cooker are relatively new. To the side is the new family bedroom described below.
	The large adjoining lounge is comfortably furnished,with a quality leather suite, dark brown parquet floor and ample furniture plus we also have a double sofa-bed. This leads into the bathroom with an open plan staircase leading to the first floor bedrooms.
	The downstairs bathroom itself comprises of separate toilet, bath with shower attachment, sink and bidet.The bath now has a fixed shower screen and the washing machine is situated in the corner. The stairs lead to a landing with two restored bedrooms off,19ft x 9ft and 15ft x 14ft.
	We have two bedrooms upstairs (above right and left) both with exposed wooden flooring. The first overlooks the courtyard and gardens and the other overlooks the road at the front of the property. We also have a new separate shower room and toilet adjacent. (right)
	Our new family bedroom (left and right) consists of a double and single bed set in a downstairs bedroom approx 25' x 11'. This also joins the main bathroom. Modern furniture, exposed beams and a pleasing view over the garden.
